If you are part of a team, be sure to write in your team’s name. All team members will do the same when they register.

Print the Pledge Form * and Waiver Form *.  Use the Pledge Form to keep track of people who give you money. Be sure to get their complete mailing address, so that we may thank them.

Complete the Waiver Form and bring it with you on the day of the Climb. Although these forms will be available that day, bringing a completed form with you will save you time at check-in.
